Outside of smashing records, For over 10 years, Loewen has participated in rides to raise funds for Mully Children's Family. Founded by Doctor Charles Mulli in 1989, MCF has helped to rehabilitate over 12,000 orphaned children. Currently, 3,000 children live in its centers in Ndalani, Yatta, Kitale, Kilifi, Lodwar and Dar-es-Salaam in Tanzania.
I wore MANY hats on this journey, some of which conflicted. This trip tested me to my limits. Shortly following the ride, I compiled the daily recap videos into one single summary video.

He's off! The quick ascent into the hills of Southern California sets into motion an 11-day journey in which uninterrupted night and day rides will blend over 20 states into one uniterrupted journey of experience.
