TOK Winnipeg was a two-day symposium taking place November 9-10, 2018. TOK, the digital magazine of Diaspora Dialogues, publishes fiercely honest, freshly original writing from our cities, and from around the world.
Following work I had done for the Literary Review of Canada in 2016 and 2017, I was hired to prepare promotional materials for TOK Winnipeg. In addition to 11x17, 8.5x11, and 4x6 flyers, I created digital banners and tiles for eventbrite and social media, along with a cover for the program. I was also hired to prepare an Ottawa poster derived from the Winnipeg poster. All of these graphics were created using TOK and Diaspora Dialogues brand guidelines.
The final aesthetic approach was the final selected out of a number of concepts I explored in consultation with the folks at LRC.
